Do these sound good for a Villain line-up for Batman 3?

Okay fr the possible future batman 3...

In the opening scene, the Joker cuts himself down when the Swat team approaches at the end of Dark Knight. Harvey Dent is dead.

Being chased by the police, Bruce begins to like being Bruce Wayne more than Batman, until a politician arrives who makes his life hell, for whatever reason (the penguin).

He meets a new girl, Talia, whom he worries about liking because of rachel, but does eventually.

Meanwhile, a new crime lord comes to take up the mob's mantel, The Black MAsk.

Brings the city into turmoil until Batman goes to stop him.

Climax in the batcave, Talia reveals herself to be the daughter of RA's Al Ghul, she dies, Black Mask is sent to Arkham. Gordon professes to the city the truth of harvey dent, clearing batman, and the series ends.

So..

Main Villain- Talia Al Ghul (Angelina Jolie? or a talented very atractive darkhaired actress)- brings the trilogy full circle, Bruce's love interest. Working with BM and the mob, yet plans to betray him in order to destroy Gotham with the League of Shadows, shot by gordon trying to save bruce

Main Supporting Villain-Black Mask (Hugh Jackman-worked well opposite BAle in The Prestige)- new head of mob, at beginning meets with scarecrow, and is poisoned by the gas, and goes angry and wrathfully insane, unlike the Joker. Heads the mob. No fighting skill, extremely intelligent, at end, talia gives him more toxin and he is irrevesably deranged sent to arkham

Bane( very little dialougue,)- college football star, indicted of steroid use, petty criminal, who rapidly loses intelligence, becomes the bodyguard of BLack Mask, serves as a true strength match for Bat man. Dies by being knocked off a chasm and Batman uses grapple to save but it breaks

The Penguin(Phillip seymour hoffman)- never actually refered to as the penguin, a short fat man, dresses nicely, an enemy to Bruce Wayne in actuality, not a criminal threat, corrupt and is arrested at the end.

The scarecrow(same guy)- LoS breaks him out of arkham, he meets with BLack Mask, and gives him the poison, Black Mask kills him
